01 Operating principle
Strategy has to survive contact with reality.
My best work begins when the stakes are real, the system crosses organizational boundaries, and the answer cannot live in a slide deck. I connect portfolio strategy, architecture, operating model, organization, vendor ecosystem, and build path so teams can move.

The medium changed. The instinct didn’t.
The work moved from physical production and graphic systems into web, mobile, application development, platforms, enterprise operations, and transformation. The through-line is leading the applications, engineering organizations, programs, and portfolios that make strategy operational.

I spent years keeping a deliberately small public footprint while documenting a remarkable amount of life offline. The early-2000s Houston car scene, driving-school footage, builds, travel, and the people around it all exist on tape and disk.
Selected material will appear only after it has been reviewed, restored, and given the context—and permissions—it deserves.
